I’m wife to “Haus”, my city guy extraordinaire, and mom to “Bubba”, 6, and “Zeke”, 3, my little rascals, and a brand new Little Princess born in October 2011.  I decided to join the military after trying on my Dad’s combat boots and recently left full time Army for full time Mommy.   I love running, reading, and dabble at baking, gardening, and quilting.  I’m a hippie of sorts and an Army girl at heart.  I continue to serve in the Army National Guard.  Thanks for checking out my site!

   Nice to hear your story. I have never heard of a person that at the end of his days would say: “I wish I would have spent more time away from the family and at work.” I got 24 years between Active Duty and Reserve and it is time for me to spend more time with the family. God bless!
